CU’s New Website Customizes Experience According To Age

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa–Collins Community Credit Union said it has launched a new website that implements an element of personalization based on the user’s year of birth.

Visitors will have the option to input their birth year and the site will deliver custom content and recommended products based on three different segments, according to Collins Community.  The new website enables an improved user experience and a responsive design, it added.

The two-year project started in 2015, according to CCCU.

“We started the website project in 2015, researching personalization technology, and doing capabilities presentations with potential vendors,” said Taylor Yezek, corporate communications coordinator.

The credit union used Philadelphia-based Lyquix to design the site.
