MIDDLEBURY, Vt.–eDOC Innovations, a software development company specializing in mobile enterprise digital transaction management solutions, said Mark Fierro has been named interim CEO.
As CUToday.info reported here, former eDOC CEO Brett Weekes departed to become CEO of CUProdigy in Layton, Utah.

Fierro joined eDOC Innovations as an account manager in 2000. During his 18-year tenure, he rose in ranks to EVP/COO. Responsible for the day to day operations of the CUSO, the company said he has managed the executive leadership team and frequently interfaces with key clients and partners to ensure that CUSO objectives are achieved and relationships maintained.
A native of Massachusetts, Fierro brings 32 years of experience in the credit union industry and was CFO at Sharon Credit Union prior to joining eDOC.
