CHANDLER, Ariz.–First Credit Union here has elected Xpress Data, which specializes in the production and delivery of credit union notices, statements, and other event-driven member correspondence, to handle its electronic and paper-based member communications needs via XDI’s credit union-specific XpressServices platform.
According to the company, the 43,000-member credit union was impressed by XDI’s robust e-presentation and e-document capabilities to better serve their online members – First Credit Union boasts an impressive 73% member opt-in rate for e-statements.

XDI said its platform will replace a decades old system that was inadequate to meet the credit union’s plans to move all member documents online for easy member access.
