Separately, CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned CUSO, held their annual 2014 “CEO Strategies Week” conference with CEOs from 61 credit unions from across the country gathering for collaboration, learning, and direct peer interactions aimed specifically at credit union CEOs. The week included a half-day CEO Collaboration Workshop, where this year CEOs brainstormed on tactics and tools credit unions will need to adopt a new mindset of being Internet Retailers. The central point of the week’s events was the CEO Roundtable, at which CEOs spend a day interacting with their peers, discussing in a roundtable format topics ranging from business plans to technology trends.
