TAMPA, Fla.—Trellance has unveiled the agenda for its 28th annual conference, IMMERSION19. The conference offers an agenda filled with educational and collaborative sessions on data analytics, card portfolio growth, member experience, vendor evaluation services and fraud, the CUSO said.

“As we dive deeper into fulfilling our mission of arming credit unions with predictive analytics to help them make better business decisions to enhance member experience, our attendees can expect more collaborative workshops that take a hands-on approach to understanding the benefits of our data analytics platforms,” said Erika Hill, VP of marketing at Trellance. “They can also expect presentations that provide tactical game plans for overall growth within their credit unions,” she added.

On May 9, Trellance will host a roundtable discussion to provide more information and to answer any questions credit union attendees may have, the company said.
