DULUTH, Ga.--Georgia United Credit Union has named Cindy Robbins Chief Experience Officer.
Robbins joins Georgia United’s leadership team and will report to Executive Vice President, Shawn Turpin, the CU said. In this new role, Robbins will be responsible for the strategic planning and directing of Georgia United’s membership experience. “We are proud Cindy has joined the Georgia United family,” stated Turpin. “Cindy is highly regarded in the financial industry, with a track record of success. Her leadership experience and values make her a natural fit to fill the role of chief experience officer.” Robbins brings over thirty years of financial industry experience to Georgia United. Prior to joining the credit union, Robbins served as executive vice president and chief retail banking officer at CenterState Bank and led the overall development of retail strategy, digital banking initiatives, three customer contact centers and retail integration of 13 bank acquisitions.
