LAKE JACKSON, Texas--Anthony Warden has been promoted to Vice President of Contact Centers at TDECU.
In his new role, Warden will oversee TDECU’s Member Care team, in addition to maintaining oversight of Loan Resolutions. Previously, he was Vice President of Loan Resolutions.
Before serving as Vice President of Loan Resolutions at TDECU, Warden worked in a number of executive leadership roles with USAA, Washington Mutual Bank, Bank One, GE Capital, and Discover Card, and as a Senior Consultant for San Antonio-based Analytic Focus, LLC. Warden is a decorated combat veteran, having served as Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, the CU said.
